Dave Coustan

Director of Content Strategy

As Almighty's head of content strategy, Mr. Coustan brings a passion for web culture and community to a role that requires a deep understanding of emerging platforms and the business needs of our clients. A born evangelist, Mr. Coustan came to Almighty from Edelman PR, where as VP of Digital Strategy, he led social media efforts for brands like Microsoft, Walmart, UPS and Georgia-Pacific.

Erik Pelletier

SVP, Digital Engagement

An accomplished technologist, Mr. Pelletier brings a unique strategic perspective to the creation of innovative digital solutions to drive effective marketing programs. As the executive lead for the client services team at Almighty, he ensures that each of our clients is doing everything they can to engage consumers in a meaningful way to create and maintain a competitive advantage.

Mr. Pelletier’s background includes high-level positions at Euro RSCG and BEAM where he oversaw award-winning work for such clients as MINI USA, Comcast and John Hancock.

Emily Cagwin

Account Director

Ms. Cagwin’s core strength is building highly-productive client relationships. Her deep understanding of our clients’ strategic goals coupled with a background in both traditional and digital enables her to see opportunities others may miss.

Before coming to Almighty, Ms. Cagwin proved herself time and again at some of Boston's best-known agencies, including IPG's Mullen where she led efforts for Stop & Shop.

Analesa Smith

SVP, Media Director

A pioneer in interactive media, Ms. Smith brings strategic discipline, creativity, and an uncanny insight to each project. Her responsibilities at Almighty include supporting its content-driven philosophy and holistic approach to the creative process. A team-builder, she instills confidence in those around her to push boundaries and break rules.

Prior to joining Almighty, Ms. Smith was VP Associate Media Director at Hill, Holliday and also held high-level positions at MPG/Media Contacts, Euro RSCG and Digitas. Over the course of her career she has led Fidelity Investments, Verizon, Agilent Technologies, ING, IKEA, Liberty Mutual, and Dunkin’ Donuts to greener media pastures.

Jeff Wilder

Technology Director

The very definition of a creative technologist, Mr. Wilder maintains both a vision for the long-term goals of our clients while at the same time managing all of the development that goes into achieving them. Formerly the Senior Technical Architect at PUMA, Mr. Wilder has extensive experience overseeing the development of highly-creative, multilingual websites, communities, and e-commerce platforms.
