The Climate Project
Program launch

When you’re working with Vice President Al Gore to battle climate change, the stakes couldn’t be higher. For the Climate Project, an army of evangelists begins with identifying the right volunteers. Connecting those volunteers with political and scientific leaders presents an even greater challenge.

Almighty worked with program leaders to develop tools for identifying the most effective advocates. To support them, we deployed an online community to connect those advocates to experts. Through it, an activist in Baton Rouge can exchange data with a climatologist in Oslo. A volunteer in Omaha can access permitting information from a peer in Charlottesville. In the first year, more than 1600 groups in all 50 states registered. Thousands more individuals added to a growing knowledge base.
